For all of our Grandfather Longcase clocks , London
clocks and Wall clocks we make all our own dials, using
the historic specialist
skills that exist in Sheffield today . All of the dials
are made individually and each one hand engraved ( see
hand engraving )
, each of the components are separately polished and then
assembled, or are given another process of antiquing. Both
finishes offering a very special atmosphere that comes
from a dial made with traditional materials and using the
traditional skills of craftsmen.
